This universal conversion kit allows you to transform your crib into a full size bed. The kit consists of two side rails connecting the front and back of the crib (becoming headboard and footboard) and 6 cross slats to serve as support for a bunkie-board, low profile box spring or other type of mattress support.

- NON-TOXIC / HEALTHY. All finishes are non-toxic, either water-based or oil based without VOCs, Formaldehyde, Phthalates, Lead, or any other toxic components.
- All Silva products are FINISHED ON BOTH SIDES, inside and out, adding superior resistance to environmental humidity and temperature variations.
